Our Team

Jerry Collins

Jerry Collins graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Degree in Insurance Management. He has a MBA from the University of Rhode Island and has had extensive business experience as both a high-ranking corporate executive in Fortune 50 companies as well as buying and selling several of his own companies, including manufacturing and real estate. Mr. Collins also has an Associate in Risk Management Designation and is a Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and Florida.


 

Dave Burke

Dave Burke brings our clients over 25 years of experience in “Real World” business sales and acquisitions. He has participated in the valuations and sales of a vast array of companies ranging from Main Street businesses to Upper Middle Market corporations. Dave has also owned, managed and sold a number of his own companies. Dave brings to Trico Ventures his Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Brokerage knowledge and is a member of many business organizations. He is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.


 

Ted Burbank

Ted Burbank has participated in the valuation and sale of more than 2000 companies. A pioneer in the practice of business sales and valuation, Ted is recognized nationally as an authority in both subject matters. Ted has conducted seminars and addressed Trade Groups in this country, Canada, and aboard on business transfer and valuation issues and has authored several books and numerous articles on subjects surrounding business transfers and valuations. Revenues of the companies have been from $100,000 to $50,000,000.


 

Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Accounting. He has extensive public accounting experience in audit, tax, and mergers and acquisitions for manufacturing, retail and service clients. In addition, Paul’s work experience includes successful "turnarounds" including automobile dealership operations and helping to establish business models and profitable operations for franchisees of a public franchising company. Furthermore, Paul has bought and sold several of his own companies, including businesses in automobile, retail, equipment, apparel, asset leasing, and service industries. Mr. Kelly passed his CPA exam in Illinois and is involved in numerous professional organizations. Paul is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association.


 

Rajiv Singh

Rajiv Singh has an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, a Masters in Taxation, and a Juris Doctor, all from the University of Illinois. His work experience includes valuing both real estate and personal property throughout the country in various industries, including retail and manufacturing and establishing an overseas outsourcing practice. Furthermore, Rajiv has experience as a business owner in several industries including financial services, commercial real estate management, and medical technologies. Mr. Singh is a licensed CPA in Florida, is a licensed realtor in Florida, and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Florida.


 

John Weissmuller

John Weissmuller is an executive of 30 years within the Pharmaceutical Industry serving in various roles including sales, training, customer relations, development of customer strategies, and change management. John brings to Trico both domestic and International experience having lived and worked in Japan and Europe over a ten-year period. During the past five years, John has provided consulting services on sales and marketing strategies as well as recruitment. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and has an MBA from the University of New Haven.
